Ever struggled to find an accessible toilet or parking spot? You’re not alone.
What’s Bugging You? Let’s Talk About It!
We’re launching Phase 1 of our Self-Advocacy Skills Development Program—and YOU are the key to making change happen!
DVT hears these challenges all the time:
❌ No accessible car parks,
❌ Toilets that are dirty or unusable
❌ Schools excluding children with disability
…and more.
This free workshop is about Understanding the Disability Landscape and hearing your voice on what matters most:
✅ Can you get the services you need?
✅ Can you get where you need to go?
✅ Are you treated with respect and dignity?
✅ Do you have enough work—and is it work you enjoy?

Your experiences will help shape real solutions for a more inclusive Tasmania. Join us in person or online—it’s fully accessible and designed to empower you with knowledge, collaboration, and practical advocacy tools.
