This month SELECT is back with a post holiday night of both cheer and bass. Lenore is co-founder at elements, one of the longest running dance music weeklies in the world, taking place at the Phoenix Landing in Boston every Thursday since January '99. Now in its 27th year, her night brings in local, national and international talent, having built the reputation of one of the most prestigious dnb events in the country and world. Her diverse record collection and excellent musical instincts have made her genre-spanning sets some of her most popular.
Cherished as a musical shaman of sorts whose spirits are most heightened in an open-format, DJ glowworm's sound is effortlessly healing and guided by pure intuition, spoken through the entrancing rhythms of DnB, Jungle, Breakbeat and anything that touches the soul. She’s been blessed to open for many of her jungle and dnb heroes throughout events in New England and loves meeting new friends while playing abroad.
Mr. EyesLee is a Boston-based jungle & DnB DJ specializing in multi-deck blends, matching vocals and basslines to take the listener on an auditory journey. In addition to live shows, Mr. EyesLee also runs the Playground, “Your Sunday destination for dnb, jungle, and other high tempo tunes”, on Twitch.tv/MrEyesLee, in its weekly stream and live Field Trip incarnations, with guests having come from around New England and beyond in 200+ shows and counting.
