About this Event
Yoga is a wonderful way to invite energy into the body and mind. This class can help to cultivate inner and outer stamina through breathwork and build strength within postures, not to mention the added bonus of sunshine streaming through the windows and bunnies hopping around the space!
Kathy Wild will lead the class. She has been teaching yoga in the Chicago area for over 20 years. She is a bunny-lover who soothingly blends her unique style of bunny interaction and yoga.
All levels are welcome, ages 8+. A limited number of mats are available for use. Class will begin promptly at 9:00am so please arrive just a few minutes early to get settled.
NOTE: A minimum of 6 participants are necessary for this class to proceed as planned. We are NOT able to refund/reschedule for cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice for ANY reason.
