✔ Instruction in your syllabus from experienced Senior Black Belts
🎒 What to Bring
A good attitude, self-discipline & plenty of LOUD OSU’s!
Gi & Obi (belt)
Sparring gear Blue Belts & above (if you have it)
Sun hat & sunscreen
Drink bottle
Running shoes
Warm clothes for breaks
Any required medication
A plate for shared lunch ( Please no sweets )
Some baking for afternoon tea
👉 If you have special dietary requirements, please note this on the registration form. Your plate will be kept separate.
💲 Cost
$15 per student
(Covers hall hire & fish and chips for tea)
💰 Please bring cash on the day – collected on arrival.
