It's that time of year again, "Winter Beach Training".Sunday 21st June - Black Belts training at the dojo at 8am.
Sunday 21st June - Kyu grade coloured belts be ready to go by 10am at Caroline Bay, eastern Port end of beach (Roller skate end).
There is a Shodan Black Belt grading the day before so make a weekend of it!!!!
Local and visiting karateka welcomed. Bring a towel.
Due to the cold conditions, children under 12 can only attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also training at the beach.
After beach training meet at the dojo to enjoy some food (soup and cheese rolls) and to warm up.
