Tim is a highly experienced entrepreneur, director and advisor with a career spanning nearly four decades. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1987 with the founding of Active Apparel Group, which grew from a start-up into a multinational manufacturing business operating across Australia, China, Hong Kong and the USA. Under his leadership, the business employed more than 2,300 people globally and achieved revenues exceeding US$100 million, before a successful strategic exit.
Today, Tim works across manufacturing, technology, construction and pharmaceuticals, bringing deep expertise in corporate governance, financial management, sales and strategic planning. He is passionate about building strong, accountable cultures and mentoring leaders to navigate complexity, scale sustainably, and position their businesses for long-term success.
Tim will be sharing his experience, observations and insights into the opportunities and challenges shaping the Manufacturing and Food landscape for 2026.

She is also a gun at working with businesses and individuals to identify awards programs and categories to showcase their achievements and prepares submissions that catch the eyes of the judges.
