He has over ten years experience in residential building certification. They enjoy the opportunity to help with a range of approvals for home owners, builders, architects and designers in Brisbane and beyond. Using innovative technology, they work hard to provide every client with the prompt, personalised service and attention to detail.

Caroline has a tremendous passion for creating strong employee engagement and designing training solutions that deliver excellent, consistent customer service. She partners with the International WOW! Awards to promote and assist with managing the employee recognition program in Australia, and to complement my training program. She is also a gun at working with businesses and individuals to identify awards programs and categories to showcase their achievements and prepares submissions that catch the eyes of the judges.
