About this Event
Caring for someone you love is meaningful, yet it can also pull you away from your own needs, dreams and balance. This uplifting and practical workshop invites carers to pause, breathe and reconnect your ideal life.
Together, we will explore the different areas that shape your wellbeing, reflect on whats working and whats not and get clear on what you want your life to look and feel like.
With the support of professional Coach Kirsty and an experienced Peer Facilitator Charmaine, you'll map out a personalised and realistic action plan, one that honours your role as a carer and your identity as a whole person.
A delicious afternoon tea will be served.
