About this Event
Join us for Seeds of Renewal, a special Imbolc-themed workshop designed to help you release negativity, embrace renewal, and plant the seeds of gratitude and growth. Imbolc marks the halfway point between winter and spring—a time of light returning, intention-setting, and nurturing what’s to come. Together, we’ll honor this sacred time through guided reflection, ritual, and connection.
Why February 3rd?
While many celebrate Imbolc on February 2nd (Candlemas), this workshop is held on February 3rd to align with the sun’s position at 15 degrees Aquarius this year—the true midpoint of winter and the true astrological date of this observance. This moment, midway between the winter solstice and the vernal equinox, symbolizes the return of light, which I think makes it the perfect time to set intentions and embrace renewal!
What You’ll Experience:
✨ Imbolc Education and Reflection: Learn the Celtic origins of Imbolc and explore its themes of renewal and preparation for spring.
✨ Breaking Free from Stagnation: Discover powerful tools to shift out of winter blues, break free from cycles of complaining, and reignite inspiration—even when life feels heavy or stuck.
✨ Candlelighting Ritual: Release negativity, ignite your inspiration, and feel your commitment to growth and letting go of what no longer serves you.
✨ Blessing of the Seeds: Bring your own seeds that you plant to plan this Spring, or use those provided to participate in a special blessing ceremony honoring the cycles of nature.
✨ Seed Planting Activity: Plant seeds (or take your supplies home) in biodegradable pots to bring home as a reminder of the intentions you’ve set.
✨ Practical Gratitude Practice: Gain fresh, practical approaches to cultivating gratitude—even if you don’t journal daily, have never had a gratitude practice, or struggle to maintain your current practice. I promise I've thought of everyone! This night will helpful no matter who you are or where you are in your journey. And everyone will have the opportunity to go home with a little gratitude journal as my gift in case you do want to try it out.
P.S. This night is also BYOWB. Bring Your Own Water Bottle. (Or whatever else you want to decorate.) I have tons of vinyl stickers, so feel free to take home some dopamine hits.
