Are you ready to take steps toward creating a life that embodies and expresses what’s truly important to you?This spring, join us on the evening of each new moon for a unique gathering that blends the transformative power of group coaching with the soul-nourishing joy of artistic expression.
Each session is themed to speak to a different element of life:
March: Living OUT Loud in Uncertain Times
April: Cultivating Community for Strength and Joy
May:Taking the Next Small Step Toward Personal Wellbeing
Together, we’ll use a group coaching approach to explore what each theme currently means to you, why it is important in your life, how you would like to actualize the theme moving forward, and your specific plan for taking action.
As part of the experience, you’ll also create a simple, symbolic art piece to take home as a tangible reminder of your inner work and intentions.
Facilitated by a dynamic duo — a professional coach (that’s me!) and my partner, a seasoned creative — this offering is designed to inspire, ground, and gently guide you into each new lunar cycle with purpose and creativity.

Emily McCord is a CCE Board Certified Coach and certified Mind-Body Skills Group Facilitator dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and innate capacity for healing, balance, and growth. Emily empowers clients to cultivate their internal compass — the connection of mind, body, and heart — as a steady source of guidance in a world often filled with noise and overwhelm. Her practice is grounded in the belief that each person holds the tools for resilience and thriving within themselves.
Emily brings over two decades of experience in education and professional development facilitation to her practice. She is a former K–12 teacher and current Professional Development and Training Specialist in a higher education context. She received her training as a coach through IU’s Coaching Conversations program. Her training in Mind-Body Skills Group facilitation occurred through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine’s (Home – CMBM ) Signature Certification program.
Emily is passionate about supporting people in finding strength, agency, and healing in their lives. All are welcome and treated with reverence in her practice. Due to her own lived experience, she has a particular interest in serving mission-driven, heart-centered professionals; members of the LGBTQ+ community; individuals living with chronic illness; and those in recovery.
Dates: March 18, April 16, and May 16
Time: 6:30-8pm
Cost: $50 (due to cost of art supplies); $120 for those who register for all three workshops.
