About this Event

Join us for our February Murmurr experience, Seeds of Intention, a day of renewal and connection honoring the Celtic time of Imbolc, meaning "In the Belly". As we move from winter towards spring, we nurture what seeds of intention are rooting in our life. We'll begin with a warm up led by Stephy Joy to awaken your body and spirit, connecting with each other and sharing intentions, sing songs together in circle, and embrace the power of community and renewal.

After we've connected and warmed up in the studio, we'll head out into the Zonolite forest for grounding, a foraging exploration & planting native seeds led by Joshua Wayne. After our time outside, we'll venture back in for a restorative yoga & meditation experience alongside a Crystal Tones soundbath with Becky Shanks. This gathering invites you to nurture your body, connect with your inner light and align with this sacred time of new beginnings.
