This session is being led by Constance West- a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Mindful Tranquility Counseling, LLC, established in 2018. With 12 years of experience as a middle school counselor, she specializes in self-compassion, self-awareness, and mindfulness. Constance is passionate about integrating faith and mental wellness, helping individuals cultivate growth, healing, and balance in their lives.
