About this Event
IMPORTANT: Please read through the contraindications and what-to-bring section before attending.
January is not a time for forcing forward motion, it is a time for gestation. In the deep winter season, before Imbolc and before visible growth begins, the earth is quietly preparing. Roots deepen. Seeds rest beneath the soil and life is forming in unseen ways.
This Seeds Beneath the Soil Sound Bath on January 8th is an invitation to honour this natural rhythm, to pause, soften, and allow your energy to recalibrate before the year fully unfolds.
Through a slow, immersive sound journey using crystal/tibetan bowls, gong, grounding instruments, and resonant frequencies, you will be guided into deep rest. Here, the nervous system settles, the body feels held, and intentions are planted gently.
Rather than pushing for clarity or outcomes, this workshop supports:
- Trust in what is quietly forming within you
- Releasing the need to rush or perform
- Rooting intentions into the body, breath, and deeper knowing
This is a space for listening, not striving.
✨ What to Expect
- Grounding and gentle arrival into the body
- A deeply restorative sound bath
- Energetic release of the previous year
- Subtle intention planting and integration
- Space to rest, receive, and simply be
- Stay for a cup of warming herbal tea.
🌑 This Workshop Is For You If You:
- Feel tired, overwhelmed, or overstimulated after the holidays
- Want to begin the year in alignment rather than urgency
- Are drawn to cyclical, earth-based wisdom
- Desire a softer, embodied approach to intention setting
Come as you are.
Leave feeling nourished, rooted, and quietly aligned with the year growing within you.
