As we operate the brewery, we cant help ourselves from hosting big ol' parties as an invitation to the community to share in that joy of celebration.
Brewing with only real all natural ingredients has magnified seasonal enjoyment & celebration in our family. With each season comes a new joy to share and harvest to reap.
Springtime is a special one in Texas, as it is a beautiful yet short lived season full of blooming flowers & delicous flavors! You can think of our "Seed to Sip Spring Festival" as a Beer, Wine and Food Fest thjat embraces the beauty of everything the Spring season has to offer!
This festival was named after the full circle of life of what we are celebrating! From a little seed grows a plant that then buds the flower that bears the fruit that is then harvested and hand processed & used to flavor and complement the beer we brew, the drinks we mix, & the food we make! It is a story that requires patience, nourishment, growth and a labor of love all throughout. It is a story that bears much life and celebration to be had.

"SEED TO SIP" SPRING FESTIVAL will feature the release of some of our most favored seasonals including our award winning strawberry blonde ale: "Norma Jeane"! We will also have plenty more spring brews available and relasing for your enjoyment!
We will have Live Music to kick the party up with some acoustic live tunes!
We will also have a Vendor Market out with local artisans selling their goods and provisions 12:00-5:00PM!
