Our beloved First Saturdays is back! Vinyl yoga meets garden vibes. Flow, relax, and plant a growing seedling in this sensory experience.
Join us for Seed + Sow, a restorative afternoon designed to help you slow down, set mindful intentions for the Spring season, and reconnect with the rhythm of growth. This immersive experience blends gentle, grounding yoga poses with a hands-on seedling planting ritual—inviting you to ground yourself, nurture new beginnings, and cultivate what you want to grow this season.
