This session aims to empower you to correctly identify suspicious activity and know what to do when you encounter it, where the skills you learn will enhance customer experience. You will cover suspicious activity, the importance of vigilance, the power of hello and how to report.

SCaN aims to help businesses and organisations maximise safety and security using existing resources. Your people are your biggest advantage in preventing and tackling a range of threats, including criminal activity, unlawful protest and terrorism.
