Sedona 2-3 Hour Yoga-Vortex-Geology-Area Overview Hike
Join us for an amazing yoga hike along with a vortex, geology and area overview in the stunning Red Rock State Park! Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and healing energy of Sedona, AZ, as we combine the tranquility of yoga with the beauty and nature of hiking in the red rocks while learning about the Sedona vortices, Sedona geology and the Verde Valley.
The hike is a moderate 15-minute hike up to a scenic overlook where you will enjoy breathtaking views followed by an all-levels, 60-minute yoga practice. Before and during the hike, learn about the Sedona vortices, Sedona’s geology and the Verde Valley.
Red Rock State Park is a “pack in, pack out” park. Please bring: 20 – 30 oz. of water, a hat or sun visor, seasonally appropriate clothing (we highly recommend not wearing black outer garments), and good hiking shoes. We will supply yoga mats, however, if you would like a blanket or other props, please bring your own.

When you arrive at the park entrance tell the guard that you are with Down Dog Sedona for the yoga hike. We will meet in the parking lot on the sidewalk near the visitor's center.
