Sedona Workshop for Women
n modern life, we have almost lost touch with our true feminine nature and the surrounding Reality. We have become so attached to systems and societal programs that we feel suffocated by illusions.
Now more than ever, we need the support of women's circles—a return to the foundations laid by our ancestors and deep-rooted traditions. The purpose of this gathering is to Recreate Women's Harmonious Structures and Restore Health, which are vital for both our individual well-being and the balance of the world.

When a woman is healthy — not only physically, but also emotionally and spiritually — she becomes a source of strength not only for herself, but for many people around her.
Today the world needs such women more than ever.
All practicies we will do at this workshop are:
* Work together as a sacred female circle, fostering cooperation over competition.
* Revive traditions and rituals that reconnect us with our feminine essence.
* Practice exercises focused on opening and freeing the hips to enhance feminine energy flow.
