About this Event
REMEMBERING
A Spring Retreat in Rhythm With the Land
Sedona | April 24–27, 2026
Only Seven Guests (A minimum of four participants is required to hold this event)
We created this retreat for those who no longer want more information, more stimulation, or more output. It is for those who want space.
- Space to breathe.
- Space to listen.
- Space to return to their natural rhythm.
Held in Sedona’s red rock landscape, with U.S. Forest Service permitted access to Coconino National Forest land, this retreat blends gentle movement, sound healing, time on vortex sites, rest, and integration.
- Nothing forced.
- Nothing performative.
- No packed schedules.
A carefully held container designed to support nervous system regulation and reconnection. Intimate. Intentional. Unhurried.
What This Retreat Includes:
- 3-nights of single-occupancy accommodations.
- Daily gentle yoga or movement practices.
- Guided vortex hikes and meditation.
- Sunrise or sunset practices on the red rocks.
- One hosted group dinner on Saturday night. The hosted dinner offers a shared evening of connection.
- Spacious time for rest or exploration.
- Transportation to scheduled land-based experiences.
The Experience:
Mornings may begin with quiet movement or meditation as the sun rises over the red rocks.
Afternoons offer choice — a guided walk on sacred land, rest in your room, journaling, or an optional one-on-one energy work.
Evenings are reserved for integration — sound healing, reflection, and grounding.
- There will be silence woven throughout.
- There will be freedom to opt in or opt out.
- There will be beauty and simplicity.
Location:
This retreat is held in Sedona, Arizona, with accommodations at the Hampton Inn in West Sedona. Room rates are not inflated, and pricing below is the standard room rate, plus taxes and fees. Reserved rooms have two queen-sized beds in the event you want to share a room and cost with someone else.
Who This Is For:
This retreat may be right for you if:
- You are craving depth without overwhelm.
- You want to feel restored rather than “worked on.”
- You appreciate intimate group settings.
- You are comfortable in quiet and reflection.
This retreat is not designed as a highly scheduled workshop or physically intensive experience.
Who This Retreat Is Not For:
This retreat may not be the right fit if:
- You are looking for a highly scheduled, high-energy itinerary.
- You prefer large group dynamics and constant social interaction.
- You want intense physical challenge or performance-driven yoga.
- You are seeking a workshop-heavy or curriculum-based experience.
REMEMBERING is intentionally spacious.
- There are pauses.
- There is silence.
- There is choice.
If that feels uncomfortable or inefficient, this may not be your retreat. But if the idea of slowing down, being held gently, and reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm feels like relief — you will feel at home here.
