Whether you’re just beginning to think about succession farm transition or actively executing a transition plan, this session will provide practical insights and lessons learned to help you avoid common pitfalls and build a stronger, more secure future for your farm.

- Jay Joy is the founder and Managing Partner of Bridgeforth, LLP, an advisory firm that guides agribusiness transitions. Jay has spent his entire career focused on the business of agriculture. Jay spent nearly 10 years as a commercial banker providing financing to large dairies, commercial cattle feeders, and grain companies located primarily in the High Plains region.
