Ai Jia Gwee, Clinical Psychologist
Ai Jia is a psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan through emotional and relationship challenges, including stress, depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and grief. She is guided by attachment-based principles and draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. In her work, she places emphasis on helping individuals understand their emotional patterns, restore a sense of safety in their bodies and relationships, and reconnect with what truly matters. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, creating space for people to rest, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and compassion for themselves.

Bibiana Tan, Clinical Psychologist

Bibiana is a clinical psychologist with experience in working across the lifespan in both Singapore and Australia. She has experience working with children with developmental and behavioural difficulties, caregivers experiencing stress or burnout, women experiencing difficulties during the perinatal period, as well as adults with broad-range mental health difficulties such as anxiety. depression, trauma, self-harm and suicidal behaviours. She is passionate about working with children and adults facing mental health difficulties, particularly women across the lifespan, who may be experiencing emotional changes, identity shifts, and mental health difficulties. It's important to her to create a space where clients feel safe and believe that therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate process to help people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with what matters, and build meaningful change.
