Cause and Effect Wine Pairing
A wine pairing exploring the cause and effect of different flavors on your wine. Ever wonder how different flavors change the taste of your wine? Want to learn more about how to pair wines with food? This wine tasting seminar, presented by Laurence Vuelta of Sunrise Wines, will take us through flavor profiles such as sweet, acidic, spice and bitters. We partner with Chef Jason of Capital City Chefs, who will bring you delicious bites to pair with the wines. You will learn the cause and effect of these flavor profiles on the fabulous wines that Laurence has us taste. You will also hear some of the rich history of the vineyards you are sampling!
Hearsay will have the wines available to purchase at a discounted price at the end of the event.
