The Yamhill County History Museum invites you to an evening of discovery with Master Brewer Allen Morasch. Bringing a wealth of "hands-on" expertise, Allen has worked across a vast spectrum of the industry—from traditional breweries and cideries to non-alcoholic production. 🧪
A graduate of the prestigious Doemens Akademie in Munich, Germany, Allen combines world-class brewing science with a deep appreciation for our local history. This talk will explore the evolution of fermented beverages, starting with their ancient origins and leading directly to the unique brewing legacy of Yamhill County.
