You’ll also take home a mini-loaf to enjoy, our 16-year-old gluten-free sourdough starter , a pack of our signature gluten-free bread mix, our secret bread recipe, and instructions on how to care for your starter, so you can continue to make your own delicious breads at home.

Untested part-per-million are likely negligible, and many coeliacs have enjoyed our gluten-free sourdoughs without repercussion, but we do need to advise that trace elements of gluten may be present and, as such, you need to determine whether this class is right for you.
