FRIDAY: Suwannee Hardware Store's Christmas on Bridge Street, 3 - 8 p.m. White Springs annual holiday parade is from 4:30 -8 p.m., No parking in front of HQ. SBA will provide appetizers beginning around 4:30, so people who want to ride in the parade can gather to decorate their bikes and munch/sip while doing so. Remember to bring candy etc. to throw out to the kids, and make sure you have a working tail light. Food trucks will be on Bridge Street, before, during, and after the parade.
Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park's beautiful Festival of Lights is Dec. 6 - 23. This is a great weekend to visit.
SATURDAY: Guided mountain bike group ride at 9 a.m. (self-guided gravel and road rides) with oatmeal and coffee beforehand. Potluck supper at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m. is our bicycle-related gift exchange (value $15 and under). Sunday morning ride, maybe a gravel ride???
RAFFLE: Bring some can goods (unexpired) and/or a child's gift to enter a raffle to win an original Howard Montgomery wood carving. Toys will be donated to children at Breakfast for Santa (Dec. 20) and our White Springs Library's food bank will be given the food.
