Cheo y los Consentidos de la Casa is a New York–based salsa-funk orchestra led by Latin Grammy–winning guitarist and producer Cheo Pardo. Originally formed at the legendary Nublu to reimagine Latin nights, the project has evolved beyond jam sessions into a tight ensemble with a bold artistic vision.
Fusing the raw energy of salsa with the irresistible groove of funk, the band swaps out horns for driving guitar riffs and spacey echoes, delivering explosive, high-voltage live shows that captivate from the first downbeat.
Venezuelan guitarist, songwriter, and producer Cheo Pardo is internationally recognized as a founding member of Los Amigos Invisibles and for his collaborations across the Latin and global music scene. Now based in New York, he leads Los Consentidos de la Casa, blending salsa, funk, and Latin soul into a vibrant, groove-driven sound that’s redefining the city’s live music landscape.
