About this Event
Second Year Formal: A Night Under the Stars. Held at the Adler Planetarium, the event will take place Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 8 to 11 p.m.
Dance the night away with your classmates to music from a live DJ, and enjoy complimentary food and drinks with a stellar backdrop of the city. Roundtrip transportation from campus is included in the ticket price.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is specifically for the UChicago Class of 2027. Please bring a UCID for check-in purposes.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Roundtrip transportation will be provided and is included in your ticket price. Buses will depart the Reynolds Club at 7:15 p.m. and run until 9:00 p.m. to the venue. Buses leaving the Adler for campus will begin at 10:00 p.m. We highly recommend taking the buses provided.
We do not recommend students drive a personal vehicle to the Adler Planetarium as we will not be providing parking for guests. Please contact the College Programming & Orientation Office at college-programming@uchicago.edu.

Will there be food at the event, and how many drinks are we allowed?
Yes, there will be food, but it will not be a plated, sit-down dinner. We will have a buffet with small bite options that are refreshed throughout the night with vegan and vegetarian options.
What's the refund policy?
Guests can receive a refund up until seven days before the event.
