🌕 💙 Second Sight LanternsA Blue Moon Light & Shadow Workshop
In this special Blue Moon workshop, we’re creating something that reveals itself.
Each guest will work from a pre-poured pillow vase form; soft, rounded, and ready for transformation, and carve it into a one-of-a-kind light-casting lantern. Through cutouts, patterns, and intentional negative space, your piece will shift when lit—casting shadows that become a second version of your design.
A Blue Moon is rare. It’s the extra moment. The echo. The chance to see something differently the second time around. These lanterns are designed to hold that idea—what you carve is only half the story. The light will finish it.
✨ What you’ll do
Carve and pierce a pre-poured pillow vase form
Create patterns, symbols, or organic cutouts
Design a lantern that transforms when lit
Come back in two weeks to paint

Moody, a little mysterious, and very satisfying. No clay experience needed—just a willingness to experiment and see what emerges.

🌙 All ages welcome, creators under 13 require an accompanying adult
Finished pieces will be fired and ready to paint in 2 weeks, just in time to see your shadows come to life. Come make something that looks one way by day… and tells a different story by night. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
