Join us for Nature Relief Prints with Rebecca PletschIn this workshop, students would learn the basics of relief printing, including how to get good ink coverage, how to tell if you’re using too much or too little ink, how to get a clear impression, how to compose a design before printing, and the basic steps and tools involved in relief printing.
Students would have the opportunity to make a large-scale print 25"x 40" with a natural tree stump. We will also work on smaller nature relief prints using gel plates and various leaves and plants. Participants are welcome to bring in their own natural materials if they’d like.
This workshop accommodates all ages and is family friendly. FREE and open to the public, with a $20 suggested donation.
All materials are provided, and parking is validated at OCA.
