Mary lives in Lake Mills and is very involved in the local arts community. She is absolutely lovely! Mary has had her paintings in Art Hub for a few years now and has painted in the Art on Main Plein Air Event. We are so excited to host her solo show in April.
Mary Tilton is a Wisconsin-based artist who has explored many art forms over the years, recently focusing on watercolor and oil painting. With a background in chemistry and a lifelong curiosity about how things work, Mary brings a thoughtful, experimental approach to her art, paying close attention to color, movement, and observation. She has exhibited both locally and nationally and is an active member of the Madison Watercolor Society and Wisconsin Visual Artists. Inspired by the beauty of Wisconsin, Mary continues to explore and grow through her creative practice.
