🌊 Seaweed Sunday is coming to the Kombuchery as part of Maine Seaweed Week @seaweed.week
Join us May 3rd for the official release of our brand new Sea Smoke Kombucha!
We went incredibly local for this small batch. Brewed with Palmaria palmata (dulse seaweed) carefully harvested by Ironbound Island Seaweed from the pristine waters of the Schoodic Peninsula near Winter Harbor, ME. We paired that coastal brine with the deep, smoky notes of Lapsang Souchong, a black tea sourced from our friends @littleredcuptea in Brunswick, ME. The result is an earthy, complex, & deeply refreshing kombucha.
We couldn’t be more stoked to have @k_pop_kimbap popping up to serve their delicious Korean seaweed rice rolls— the absolute perfect pairing to complement those smoky, savory flavors!
