Get ready for a full night of psychedelic grooves, funk-fueled jams, and high-energy live music as Seattle acts Midpak and Roy G. Biv take over the stage.
Coming out of Seattle, Midpak delivers an instrumental psychedelic experience blending deep funk grooves, improvisation, and modern dance influences with the occasional trip into outer space. Fresh off the release of their new EP Torpedo, the band continues carving out their place in the Pacific Northwest psych scene with immersive live performances and genre-bending soundscapes.
Joining them is Roy G. Biv, a whirlwind of groovy, head-spinning psychedelia inspired by artists like King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Radiohead, and Red Hot Chili Peppers while bringing their own distinctly Northwestern energy to the mix. Known for their rowdy, jam-heavy performances, Roy G. Biv has quickly become one of the most exciting emerging psych-rock bands out of Seattle and is set to perform at Timber Festival this year.
Fun fact: both bands have performed at Seattle’s Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP).
