Run + Bike Seward Park!About this Event
Happy Summer Team Nuun!
Meet near the tori gate in the front of Seward Park and we will split into groups of runners and cyclists. It will be choose your own adventure - run/cycle Lake Washington Blvd, Seward Park loop, or explore the trails up the hill. Dogs welcome!
I will have my sprinter van full of Team Nuun bottles, Nuun, and post-Muuvment coffee and snacks. Can't wait to see everyone!
