About this Event
Meditation is a profound practice that improves mental and spiritual wellbeing. While meditation is typically practiced as a solo activity, there are benefits to practicing with others in a safe community.
This event aims to bring together those interested in meditation as a practice of self care and self development for a group meditation and loosely facilitated social time. If you are someone who is meditation-curious, have struggled to maintain a consistent practice, or meditate every day, and want an opportunity to meet likeminded people and make new friends, this event is for you!
Expect to meditate for 15 minutes starting at 7:05, then we will break into pairs or small groups for share outs and ice breaker activities.
All genders, identities, and bodies are welcome at this event. Radical inclusion, acceptance, and respect are expected of all attendees.
