Seattle Marathon Shakeout
Join us at Art Marble 21 on Sat Nov 30th at 9:00 AM for a fun and energizing 2.75 mile run or walk with CSRD and New Balance. Whether you're running the marathon or coming out for the great company and high vibes, we welcome you to meet fellow movers and shakers, get pumped up for Sunday's races, and maybe even score some cool swag from New Balance. We hope to see you there!

Liability and Media Waiver
Assumption of Risk
I understand that running carries inherent risks. I assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, traffic, and road conditions. I confirm that I am physically fit, have trained adequately, and have not been advised by a qualified medical professional to avoid physical activity. I agree to refrain from participating if I feel unwell or experience any signs of illness or injury on the day of the event. In consideration of my participation in this event, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release and discharge CSRD and New Balance, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and all associated persons and entities from any and all liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of my participation in this event. Medical Treatment: In case of emergency, I authorize event personnel to arrange medical treatment and/or transportation to a medical facility for me if needed. I understand and agree that I am responsible for any costs associated with medical treatment. Media Release: I grant permission to CSRD and New Balance to use my image, likeness, or voice in any photos, videos, or media coverage related to the event, without expectation of compensation. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I am aware that by signing up for this event I am waiving certain legal rights and that I agree to these terms of my own free will.
