About this Event
This is a peer-led support circle for South Asian (Desi) women to come together and talk about friendship, support systems, and what it means to show up for ourselves.
In our last circle, many of us resonated with how friendships are not always easy and how much intention, care, and emotional safety they actually require. This session will gently explore those themes.
Whether you attended a previous circle or are joining for the first time, you are very welcome here.
The space will include
- light check-ins
- guided sharing prompts
- time to reflect on what has been helping us
This is not therapy, just a warm, non-judgmental space to connect and share. There is no pressure to speak, and you are always welcome to just listen.
Our intention is to create a consistent space where we can show up as we are, feel seen, and support each other in small but meaningful ways.
Please note
- This is a peer support space and not therapy or professional advice
- We will maintain confidentiality, what is shared in the circle stays in the circle 💛
