If you fancy learning some chair yoga exercises why not pop along to Millcroft every Thursday 2pm till 3pm with Rebecca - Ebb and Flow.
These classes are especially for the elderly, so nothing is too strenuous and there is no need to get on the floor or have a yoga mat!
We will also be providing refreshments for afterwards!
