As part of our Summer of Sports, join us for a refreshing Seated Tai Chi class at Wimbledon Quarter on Wednesday, 31st July. These special classes, in collaboration with Wimbledon Guild, are designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being, making it suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels.We're offering two sessions of this seated exercise, each lasting for 30 minutes.


Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. It is a great discipline to learn and is perfect for those who have been inactive and are looking to improve their fitness levels.
