You are invited to stay active, improve your health, confidence, flexibility and more! How?
* Join our monthly class, a carefully blended combination of simple, gentle and easy-to-do, mainly seated dance exercises and movements - all to inspiring music …. and it’s GREAT FUN!
* In some exercises simple props e.g. rattles, hoops, and pom-poms are used to enhance the cheeriness and effectiveness!
* Any age and all abilities are welcome
* Nothing to learn, previous experience not required - full guidance given
* Let’s move, thrive, and improve our health together
* Led by Gail Stewart, former NHS nurse, with 20+ years experience as a leader and practitioner of The Dance Of Life and similar related health-promoting activities including her highly acclaimed “Sound Journeys” at The Centre
* £5; 1 hour 15 minutes session
