For this week’s tasting, we’re heading to the Basque coast—where wine is poured high and food is served in small bites.

We’ll be pouring crisp, coastal wines—Txakolina, Vinho Verde, and rosado—paired with Spanish and Basque cheeses and a selection of light, seasonal bites.

This is not a class. It’s not a formal tasting. It’s a seat at the bar, a few pours, and something good to eat.
