Join us for a seat at the bar.

For this week’s tasting, we’re leaning into one of the simplest and most satisfying pairings there is: butter and bubbles.

We’ll be pouring a selection of sparkling wines—crisp, mineral, and lively—alongside a range of butters and butter-driven bites that show just how well richness and acidity play together.

From cultured and salted to something a little more unexpected, each butter is chosen to highlight a different side of the wines, and vice versa.

This is not a formal tasting. It’s a seat at the bar, a few pours, and something very good to eat.
