This program is a unique blend of insight and contemplation. Using Astrological Archetypes and the inner workings of your genealogy we will awaken deep within your Purpose. What deeply fulfills you and how to gently become aware of those energies so they begin to manifest in your life.

Mardavah Yoga is gentle yoga. Mardavah means gentleness and is a beautiful way to move, each sequence is created in a way that even those who have never done Yoga will be able to follow, gently and with ease.

Most of these sessions are taught in a connective way where we can share and learn throught this unique program. Leaving you will feel clarity, connection, and like your compass has found its true north.

We end in Sound Healing allowing all this information to integrate through vibrations and the subconscious.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, journal and pen, open heart and open mind. I encourage people to bring a thermos of herbal tea or water bottle as well.
