About this Event

Join us for FREE activities and events on Tuesday evenings in the month of August where families will engage in movement-based mindfulness activities and games. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the benefits movement has on our minds and bodies, all while having fun outdoors and bonding with their caregivers!

Each week will explore a different type of movement. Join us for all, or just pick your favourite weeks!

July 30 (6-7pm): Bowling @ Cochrane Lanes

August 6 (6-7:30): Disc Golf @ Riverfront Park

August 13 (5:45-6:45pm): Yoga @ The Study *most appropriate for ages 12+*

August 20 (6-7:30): Park Olympics @ Mitford Park

A confirmation/event info email will be sent out to registered participants a few days before the event.

NOTE: This is a family & community program. Kids can not be left unattended to attend by a caregiver.
