About this Event
Join us for a series of free workshops exploring how nature and community connection can help us understand and deal with experiences of loss, trauma and mental health difficulties.
During the sessions we will explore some of the activities and ideas co-designed with local people with lived experiences of loss , trauma and mental illness.
As well as spending quality time in nature, you will have a chance to trial, reflect on and contribute to even more ideas and activities that would benefit Tiny Forest visitors in the UK and beyond. Light refreshments will be provided.
The Summer session will be about growth.
These sessions are FREE and open to all - please get in touch if you have any questions about accessibility.
