These sessions provide activities, stimuli and workshops to engage with nature and learn more about the world around us.
The May sessions take us into the woods to look for some beastly surprises! We will survey the woodland floor to see what mini-beasts we can find.
Seasons of Connection: Nature, Community & Wellbeing is a 9-month programme, funded by Sunderland City Council, designed to reduce loneliness and social isolation among adults (16+) in Sunderland’s Coalfield area.
