Trees, woody shrubs, and perennials are incorporated into a majority of gardens, large and small. All of these provide seasonal color and structure and invite habitat for wildlife and insects.In this workshop, participants will learn about general garden design, life cycles, bloom calendars, and seasonal care. They will hear about and discuss lessons learned and experiences provided by the learning garden. This class can help you gain insight into common questions people have and learn practical research-based answers.
Taught by OSU Extension Master Gardener (MG) volunteers Steve Kister and Tamara Newton Baker.
Registration is not required.
Location: Jenkins Estate, in the OSU Extension Master Gardener Learning Garden (at the gazebo).
