Just as we pass through various stages of life, so do plants. Seasons of Beauty depicts stages from emergence to decline, finding beauty created in each of the seasonal changes.
Irish philosopher/theologian/poet John O’Donohue writes:
“So much depends on how we look at things. The quality of our looking determines what we come to see.” Diane Murphy hopes to take the viewer beyond the surface of an image to discover beauty in whatever stage of life we find ourselves in.
