Seasonal Sunday Lunch with Kathy Slack

Settle in and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal built around Kathy Slack's favourite seasonal ingredients - sourced with care and cooked simply to let them shine.

Kathy Slack is a food writer, recipe developer and grower known for her thoughtful, seasonal approach to cooking and eating. An allotment queen, she grows a huge proportion of what she cooks, using her plot as both inspiration and larder.

Expect comforting, generous flavours that reflect the moment, served in the spirit of a proper Sunday lunch. Perfect as a standalone treat, or as a delicious follow-on from the Seasonal Sunday Session earlier in the day.

Ticket includes:

• A welcome drink - Marmalade blood orange cocktail
• A seasonal Sunday lunch including:

- Ancient grains oatcakes with roast cauliflower puree and truffle nuts
- Rhubarb pickled, radicchio and smoked secret smokehouse trout
Shallot and onion and garlic and leeks and chèvre galette
Fennel anchovy lemon paste with purple sprouting broccoli
Ham glazed with marmalade
- Saffron rice pudding with poached rhubarb with rose florentines

• Glass of wine (more drinks available to purchase on the day)
