Delighted to be partnering with the lovely Lorraine of Holistic hands Ltd to offer the opportunity to bring some calm to your Christmas with this taster session day. You can experience a relaxing reiki healing session with Lorraine, a massively experienced reiki practitioner or enjoy a few mindful moments with myself enjoying a mix of breath work, crystal therapy and meditation. If you can’t decide you may even want to do both!!
Taster sessions with both of us will run for 15 minutes and cost £10. There MAY be spots available on the day but BOOKING IN ADVANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as we are sure this will be a very popular day
