this will be an active session with mindful movement, meditation and other exersizes led by Rachel Rosen, Qi Gong teacher and a look at meridians, acupressure points and some basic chinese medicine theory with Acupuncturist Karen Proudfoot. -gently energising movements
-breathing exersizes to keep the lungs healthy
-improving circulation
-supporting natural body processes that fight off seasonal illnesses
-foods and drinks that support your immune system
-self-care and aligning yourself to the seasons
people new to these practices are welcome. wear comfortable loose clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
snacks and hot drinks will be provided at a midway break.
session runs 10am - 1pm
£20 recommended fee, with pay-as-you-can option.
